Breast feels full but no milk when pumping. Do you have this experience during your suckling period? It may caused by some blocking milk in your breast.

The best way is to let the baby suck, suck and suck frequently. For working mothers, breast pumps will be better choice for breast pumping. Firstly, you need to use massage mode or apply hot compress to your breast and then adjust sucking strength to comfortable level. Most block milk could be unblocked using sucking or pumping.

If it is still difficult to suck, please ask the lactation specialist to unblock it. The lactation specialist will also guide the food therapy, external application of Chinese medicine, soup, etc. according to your situation!
