Joytech Expands Health Canada Medical Device Licence for Digital Thermometers

Joytech Healthcare Co., Ltd. has successfully completed an amendment to its Health Canada Medical Device Licence (No. 105088) for its digital thermometer product family. The amended licence was issued on October 26, 2026, with additional medical device models included in the approved product range.

The Class II medical device licence covers a range of digital thermometer products, including standard, flexible, instant, instant flexible, and predictive digital thermometers. This expansion further broadens Joytech's registered digital thermometer portfolio in the Canadian market.

As part of the latest update, the declared service life has also been updated to 5 years.
