Q: What is the measuring distance of this small forehead thermometer?

The reading will be accurate when the measuring distance be less than 5cm, for both body and object temperature.

Q: How to change the forehead mode and object mode?

To switch between measurement modes on the thermometer, first ensure that it's turned off. Then, press and hold the Test Button. While holding the button, you'll see the forehead symbol and the object symbol alternately displayed. Keep holding the Test Button until you reach the desired mode. Once you're in the mode you want, simply release the Test Button, and the thermometer will automatically switch to that measurement mode.

Q: How does backlight work?

In Forehead mode:

1. The display will be lighted GREEN for 3 seconds when a measurement is completed with a reading less than 37.3C(99.1F).

2. The display will be lighted YELLOW for 3 seconds when a measurement is completed with a reading less than 37.8℃(100.0TF).

3. The display will be lighted RED for 3 seconds when a measurementis completed with a reading equal to or higher than 37.8℃(100.0F).

In Object mode: The display will be lighted GREEN for 3 seconds when ameasurement is completed.
