Q: How to use the point/scanning measurement?

A:

1. Start by pressing the ON/OFF Button. This activates the display, showing all segments. Once the point measurement symbol appears on the screen accompanied by a voice prompt, you're ready to begin a new measurement.

2. If you wish to enter scanning measurement mode, press and hold the Test Button for more than 2 seconds on the forehead. The thermometer will automatically switch to scanning mode. Slowly move it towards either temple several times to capture the highest temperature. You can release the Test Button or wait for 5 seconds; the thermometer will then broadcast a signal or vibrate and display the result.

3. After obtaining the measurement, read the temperature displayed on the screen.

4. To turn off the thermometer, simply press the Power Button.
